Handmade light grey designer Scottish beret in pure wool Harris tweed from the Scottish Isles. Suits men and women both.
I've called this particular beret 'ZUTtam' as it is inspired by classic Scottish Tam O Shanter and it is the perfect style for warmth and comfort this winter.
The luxurious fabric is still traditionally woven on the Isle of Harris, and I have lined it for extra comfort in 100% linen and faced the band with soft cotton moleskin to guard against itchiness.
Wear it with a denim chore jacket for an urban look or a long 20s style, narrow overcoat for more glamorous appeal.

I find it perfect for every day and excellent for bad hair days!
I always wear a beret or tam indoors in the winter when it is ideal for keeping me warm and my hair back as I am designing and sewing in my studio.
The ZUTtam style has a wideish band to keep it secure whilst the crown has more than enough room to comfortably accommodate long hair when tucked inside. Easy to wear chic Scottish style from France.
